Is Your Nonprofit Verified on TechSoup and Goodstack?
Savings go a long way for nonprofits, especially after the AI boom increased the prices of a lot of platforms. I always recommend to people, when procuring anything new for their nonprofit, that they inquire about a nonprofit discount. What discounts can I get through Goodstack?
Goodstack will get you great discounts to some of the top platforms. I'll list some that are current as of September 2026; just to note, I am viewing as a Canadian organization, and discounts can be country-specific:
- Claude AI at ~70% off
- DocuSign eSignature at 30% off
- Microsoft 365 Copilot at 15% discount
- ChatGPT at $8 USD per month
- Zoom at 50% off
What discounts can I get through TechSoup?

What will I need to get verified?
For each, you'll essentially need your business number and government documentation that proves the organization is registered as a charity in their country. This document from the government usually needs to include your organization’s legal name, physical address, and business number. I've often submitted a PDF of our organization from Canada's registry of charitable organizations.
If you need any help getting set up on either platform, feel free to get in contact with me.
